About the illustration:
Bubble tea, also known as boba tea, originated in Taiwan during the 1980s. It is made from tea, milk and sweetener. The bubbles come from the froth created by shaking the drink, as well as the ‘boba’ - the chewy tapioca pearls found at the bottom. This drink can be served hot or cold.
